Established local business is taking applications for an accounting position. this is a full time position with good benefits that include medical/dental/vision/vacation and paid holidays. Applicants should have experience with data entry, invoice coding, account reconciliations , good organization skills and time management. Be able to work independently. Skill set should include excel, office, quick books and standard office equipment.
Duties may include:
Maintaining General Ledger
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
QuickBooks/ Payroll process bi-weekly
Maintain customer accounts
Monthly Statement processing
Setting up new customer accounts
Processing payments
Deposits
