The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter who is experienced in all facets of carpentry, from framing to finishing. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of precision and creativity to our team, helping us expand our portfolio and enhance our reputation for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of carpenters and other construction workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship, adhering to building codes, safety regulations, and company guidelines.

- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities accurately.

- Material Management: Order and manage materials, ensuring all necessary supplies are available on-site when needed, and track inventory levels.

- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns or changes during the project.

- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Site Safety: Maintain a safe and clean job site, enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow safety guidelines.

- Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has proven experience in carpentry, with a portfolio of past projects.

- Is proficient in using a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment.

- Is fully equipped for success, possessing their own set of professional tools to bring precision and efficiency to every project.

- Can read and interpret detailed construction blueprints and drawings.

- Possesses a valid driver’s license and can lift 50+ lbs.

- Is self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, and maintains a positive attitude in all work situations.

- Can provide their own transportation and submit to background screening
