Valley-based construction company is hiring a Property Services Manager.
This position will require knowledge of all things property maintenance and repair including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general building repair, as well as year round grounds services like snow plowing, sanding and lawn maintenance, for both commercial and residential applications.
Applicants should have the following:
-A well-rounded expertise of property maintenance and repair.
-The ability to safely and effectively load, haul and operate heavy equipment. -Leadership of a crew and ability to teach.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Organizational and scheduling skills.
This is a hands-on management position meaning you will be working with your crew.
This is a year round position, with extended hours in the summer as well as during snow events in the winter. Work is primarily in the Mat-Su Valley with some work in Anchorage.
Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Class A CDL with current DOT physical is preferred. Pay rate is depending on experience and credentials. Performance bonuses and paid time off are available, as is Davis Bacon work. Tools are provided.
