Primary Responsibilities:
Estimating and project management for commercial construction projects
Scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and materials procurement
Creating quantity takeoffs
Ensuring project work adheres to contract terms and conditions
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in construction project management
Design-build experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced knowledge of estimating software
Ideal candidate will be customer service focused and have strong communication skills. Attention to detail is important and the ability to methodically approach problem solving.
