Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas such as:
-Installing Seamless Steel Gutters
-Managing on-site installation and repairs
-Carpentry Skills
-Ability to meet dead lines
-Proficient at updating inventory
-Motivated to stay on top of installation paperwork
-Communication skills with teams & Managers
-Understands OSHA standards and regulations
-Advanced ability to identify and resolve gutter issues
-Ability to prioritize establishing positive relationships with customers and co-workers
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading your team from truck inspections, loading trucks for the jobsites, jobsite safety, setting up proper safety equipment, guiding your team in removing old gutters, installing new gutters, and cleaning up the jobsite. A leader at ABC Seamless must be motivated, have great communication skills, have the utmost integrity in all situations, have a clean driving record, and understand the importance of creating a relationship with the customer.
Requirements:
Verifiable Employment showing a growth in leadership and responsibilities, drivers license with a clean driving record, and integrity.
