Window Medics of Alaska, a window and glass installation company, is looking to hire a Receptionist to join our team! Our team is looking for a hard-working, flexible, professional and easy-going receptionist, who is able to assume a range of office support tasks. The receptionist oversees customer service relations and ensures successful day-to-day operations.
Please note this position is for in-office and not virtual or remote. We are not in the medical field. Unfortunately, as of right now we do not offer medical benefits or insurance.
Responsibilities:
Manage records and information.
Plan and maintain work facilities in coordination with the Office Manager.
Provide administrative assistance to management team.
Help answer phones and emails.
Support technicians by organizing schedules and ensuring they are equipped with all relevant information.
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, order materials and tools, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Data entry and Microsoft Office
Works well under pressure
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Self-motivated
