Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Worker to join our payroll team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle various administrative tasks to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan and organize documents for digital record-keeping.
Accurately input payroll data into systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Prepare and package payrolls for distribution.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries professionally.
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the payroll team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right individual.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
Experience in payroll or office administration is preferred but not required.
