Full-time Office Manager

We are a family-owned and operated company based in Palmer, AK and serving all of Alaska, looking to hire a friendly, honest, detail-oriented, hard working individual as a full-time office manager. General contractor that works in commercial and residential projects.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Good customer service skills
- Able to make and receive calls comfortably
- Handle scheduling, invoicing, and minor accounting
- Attention to detail
- Handling paperwork
- Must have basic office skills and understanding of computers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to handle a dynamic work environment
- A high level of excellence and integrity
Wages: $20.00 - $30.00 DOE
Other compensation includes: paid vacation, paid holidays, benefits available after 3 months (such as medical, retirement, etc).
Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day.
