Our family-oriented endodontic practice is seeking a full-time dental front office team member. The ideal candidate has a thirst for knowledge, a growth mindset, and a strong attention to detail—all while creating a five-star experience for our patients.
We recently moved into a beautiful, modern space and are looking to add one more friendly face to our front office. As a specialty office focusing exclusively on root canals, we’re able to train quick learners and help them feel confident quickly. You'll be scheduling for two doctors, so strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a professional presentation are essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.
This is a position where you’ll be well trained, well compensated, and truly appreciated. Compensation starts at $24/hour and increases based on experience. We also offer a bonus system, training with a top-tier customer service company (paid by us), and a workplace culture grounded in mutual respect, positivity, and teamwork. One year of experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
