Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Attend networking events, job fairs, and manage booths at local community events.Works with hiring managers in posting requisitions, reviews and screens potential candidates. Conducts phone screens and schedules interviews. Assists HR in pre-employment process.Coordinates new employee orientation.Develop and schedule weekly social media posts, collaborating with the team for feedback and approval.Manage rural accounts by handling orders, checking sales orders, adjusting orders before invoicing, and maintaining daily communication.Administrative duties include: filing, scanning, copying, faxing, and ordering office supplies.
