We are a small residential lawn care and snow removal company in South Anchorage seeking a few hard working individuals to join our small but mighty team. We are looking for one magnificent crew leader as well as two incredible crew members.
Full time Position starts May 1st and Ends October 31st, part time winter position available after that.
Our Spring and Fall cleanups are May 1st- May 18th and October 1st - October 18th. These are 60 hour weeks with only Sundays off.
May 20th- September 20th we work Tuesday-Thursday 7am-5pm, and offer a monday or friday shift to fill out the 40 hours if wanted. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys long summer weekends at the lake, ocean or just being home with the family.
We offer very little overtime June-September. This job includes but isn't limited to using commercial grade mowers, trimmers, blowers, thatchers, raking leaves, bagging leaves, driving a truck and trailer. This is a seasonal position but could easily turn into a year round job for the right candidates.

CREW LEADER POSITION REQUIREMENTS ($25+/hour)
-1full season of working for a professional lawn care company or running your own
-Must be able to efficiently run a crew with one other team member
-Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record
-Awesome work ethic and communication skills
-Capable of safetly backing up, parking and driving with an enclosed lawn trailer
-Familiar with lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, thatchers and other various lawn equipment
-Able to go without vaping or smoking in company vehicles
-Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
CREW MEMBER REQUIREMENTS ($20-$24/hour)
-outstanding work ethic
-capability to go without vaping or smoking in company vehicles
-physically capable of working 10 hour days, walking a minimum of 8 miles.
-timely transportation to our shop off Dowling Road.
-willing to work outside in all weather conditions
We offer a very motivational seasonal attendance bonus at the end of the season. Paid holidays after one year of employment. If you have an interest in owning your own lawn care company one day, we would love to teach you what we have learned over the years.
We are not your typical 'mow and blow' lawn care provider. Our customers expect top notch level service. If cutting corners and blowing grass clippings into the street is your thing, we are not a good fit.
