Precision Lawn Care and Snow Removal LLC is looking for lawn crew members/leads for the 2024 Spring, Summer, and Fall Season. We are a growing company and are in need of someone with experience in the lawn care industry who will grow with us. We would like applicants to have at least one year of commercial mowing experience, be 18+ years of age, have a valid drivers license with clean driving record, be able to perform quality work in a timely manner, and follow instructions with a good attitude. Reliable transportation to and from work. This is a full time position, with overtime available if desired. Pay is weekly direct deposit with optional benefits. Winter snow plowing is also available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include
-Mowing
-Edging
-Hedging at times
-Fertilizing
-Using a leaf blower to collect leaves, debris,etc
-Clearing driveways, walkways of grass clippings
-Loading, unloading bags of leaves, and grass clippings 50 pounds or more
-Clearly giving instruction of the above items to fellow workers.
-Route planning for 25+ lawns a day around town
