Tasks most commonly assigned will be those associated with the goal of preparing vacant apartments for re-lease and taking care of work orders for current tenants. Tasks will include (but are not limited to) patching, texturing and painting walls, ceilings, trim and doors, staining cabinets, repairing and/or replacing sinks, faucets, toilets, drains, door hardware, screens, blinds, tile, etc. Pulling carpet, vinyl and appliances for install. Repairing leaks, clogged drains or toilets, general appliances, etc. Trash pick-up and other common grounds keeping tasks are a part of maintenance duties. In sum, our maintenance team’s goal is to keep the communities in their best possible working and aesthetically pleasing condition as possible. All of this is to be done in a workmanlike manner. We expect our employees to be efficient and professional in appearance. Living onsite and taking after hours emergency calls is required. Employee is expected to furnish all tools required to complete the assigned tasks.
