We care deeply about helping our patients achieve the highest level of independence in their day-to-day activities, and are committed to working closely with your primary care physician, family members and our team of skilled and personal care assistant (PCA) caregivers, to coordinate the highest quality treatment and follow-up home care in Anchorage, Eagle River, Wasilla, Palmer and all of the Mat-Su Valley.

What are we looking for?

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Caregivers to join our professional team! All shifts are available.

We trained all are PCA to be Certified with the State.

Desires to assist our clients with companionship and assist with their personal care services such as bathing, showing, toileting, meal preparation, help run errands, positioning, locomotion/walking, feeding, accompany them to doctor's appointments and perform duties outlined to you in the client plan of care?

Requirement/Duties:

Ability to build rapport with our clients

Passion to help and motivate others

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Genuinely concerned about helping people

Have a commitment to being there when needed

Is knowledgeable and follows agency policy and procedures

Documents all services provided in accordance with agency policies/plan of care

Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Must have a valid criminal background check done with the Department of Health and Social Services

Must be free from Health problem that may be injurious to clients, self, co-workers and must provide evidence to substantiate this

Must have current CPR/First Aid certification

Must have a Valid Driver's license with a proof of Automobile Insurance (Full Coverage) and Driving Records

Must present 3 reference letters from professionals 's/managers or who have known you for at least a year?

Must have proof of negative TB and MMR Immunization record
