Ideal candidates will have a passion for food and the culinary arts. We are seeking individuals who possess a strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills of fine dining experience. The ideal candidate must have strong knife skills, ordering and receiving products, and menu development. The staff of Crow’s Nest is dedicated to setting new restaurant standards in service, cuisine, and employment experience. Our goal is to collaborate with talented restaurant professionals and offer to learn and grow within the hotel and industry. Providing an excellent experience for our guest is our number one focus. This is a full-time position. Night and weekend availability are a must. An Anchorage Food Handler Card is mandatory. Thank you for your interest in working with us.
