The Baker/Pastry Chef will:
Have previous commercial/ heavy production baking experience
Prepare and supervise preparation of all the desserts for the Moose's Tooth
Create and fulfill par levels
Have effective time management skills
Know accurate scaling and have an eye for detail
Be a creative contributor to dessert specials
Be responsible for costing recipes (software is available)
Have knowledge of specialized kitchen equipment
Know how to effectively expand/reduce recipes
