Help Desk Specialist

Description THIS IS A TEST ROLE - FOR INTERNAL PURPOSES ONLY!We are in search of a Help Desk Specialist to join our team based in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will be tasked with providing deskside support and implementing backup technologies. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide immediate deskside support to users and resolve any technical issues. Implement and manage backup technologies to ensure data security. Monitor and maintain proper functioning of the IT systems. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Process and manage customer applications and maintain accurate records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Requirements Must possess a comprehensive understanding of Backup Technologies Must be proficient in Deskside Support Must have excellent troubleshooting skills Should have the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff Must be able to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently Should have a strong customer service orientation Must have the ability to work in a team and collaborate Should have a willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in technology Must be able to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm demeanor Should have the ability to document and track support issues in a timely manner.
