DescriptionThis business development professional will work to develop additional PBM partnerships and growth opportunities in the Over-the-Counter business. Additionally, this individual will identify new business models, pricing strategies and channels to extend the reach of Humana's Over-the-Counter product offering; reaching new markets, clients and consumers.ResponsibilitiesThe OTC Business Development professional defines and executes the end-to-end product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting new markets and/or business segments.ResponsibilitiesInfluences product strategy and roadmap rooted in consumer insights and analysis of market findings
Makes recommendations on investments, development lifecycle and personas prioritization
Accountable for analysis, development and evaluation of new product ideas, enhancements to existing products or strategic product extensions and translates research discoveries into concepts to test
Partner with Client Management to create a pipeline of internal and third-party partners and clients, negotiate with prospective partners and clients and convert prospects to clients
Build long-term relationships with partners and vendors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Accountable for managing investment and partner relationships in development phase
Organize results, derive actionable insights and communicate with stakeholders
Develop cost benefit analyses, determine prioritization and deliver positive return-on-investment
Align roadmap to OTC growth strategy. Execute against annual growth targets
Prepare and give presentations to prospects and stakeholders
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
4+ years' experience as a sales/client manager or a buyer
Excellent Project Management skills
Research and strategic analysis skills
Negotiation and sales skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test
Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree
OTC program experience
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends
Experience in a business development role
