DescriptionManager Analytics Business Intelligence - Remote, Most States Eligible.This position is responsible for leading the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products. This position is seen as an accountable lead for analytics products published by the team. This position is responsible for the development, integrity and maintenance of: dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data-related deliverables. Bachelor's Degree: Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.
5+ Years of relevant experience
Five years: Progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics
Four years: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platform
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree: Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.
5+ Years of relevant experience
Upon hire: Epic Certifications
Three years: Revenue Cycle experience highly preferred
Five years: Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies
