We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
The ideal candidate for this position has met the following requirements or is willing to obtain them while training:

- Previous experience in nannying, childcare, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to provide specialized care for children with special needs or disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Duties:
- Provide attentive and responsible care for children ranging from infants to preschool-aged
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Follow established routines and schedules to ensure consistency and stability for the children
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Monitor children's behavior and address any behavioral issues using appropriate behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and provide updates on their child's progress
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
