Job DescriptionFocus on enhancing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Cerner’s world class enterprise-wide Integration Engine “OPENLink”. OPENLink provides tools to connect disparate systems and enable the flow of information across Oracles Clinical and Financial Health Information systems.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Interface Architect, you will enhance, monitor and support the OPENLink integration engine. You will perform ongoing troubleshooting, enhancements to the application ensuring the solution is fully optimized and operational. You will respond to enhancement requests from users and then manage, built, and implement changes to enhance & optimize OPENLink through industry change control processes. Your end goal is to meet and exceed client contractual obligations related to incidents and enhancements to the client’s solution. We are looking for versatile and innovative individuals with a willingness to learn along with a technical background supported by experience or education in information technologies and or Health Care Administration.Additionally, act as focal point resource for the team and represent the team at key internal or client meetings planned or whenever necessary. Will also be required to support a scheduled on call rotation for critical client issues specific times throughout the year.Work involves problem in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for performing troubleshooting investigations by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. In addition, you will prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs. You will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation. This client facing role is contractually committed to deliver support services to our AMS clients. This role is responsible to perform solution-related service request investigation, incident resolution, and application maintenance (implement configuration changes) on the most complex issues. In addition to working on most complex issues, mentoring, knowledge leader, and training team members is a basic expectation for this role.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience with 7-8 years’ experience. Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration also applies. At least 5-6 year’s experience supporting and maintaining OPENLink or other industry related integration engines. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
