DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:Successful candidate will be responsible for leading and serving the organizational needs of 3-6 employees. The SectionManager will report personnel coverage and administrative issues to the BranchManager weekly or as required. The SectionManager will be responsible for interfacing with the Branch Manager to coordinate work for sectionemployees and supervise their performance. The SectionManager will write and conduct annual performance reviews of their direct reportsas well as deliverguidance and feedback to their employees throughout the year. The SectionManager will conduct other leadership functions as directed by their branchmanager and other division leaders.This position is primarily a technical engineering function (approximately 80percent) along with a direct line management responsibility (approximately 20percent), but direct line management capability is the primary criterion for selection to this position.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET accredited school
At least 4+ years experience in mechanical analysis or 2+ years with MS degree.
Proficient with structural, dynamics, thermal or fluids system analysis.
