Digital Event Coordinator

Job Family: MarketingReq ID: 410015The Digital Event Coordinator is a specific role within the Global Events team. The person in this role is responsible for contributing to the digital execution of events.Responsibilities include providing support to the Digital Strategist with event registration build out, website builds, pre and post event surveys, and mobile app management across internal, external, and/or third-party events. It could also include managing internal emails, invitation lists, and sending internal communications.Essential Functions:· Coordinate and support registration, web content, and event mobile apps for multiple programs happening simultaneously.· Support the day-to-day digital operations of events including ad hoc requests, stakeholder collaboration, planning, and documenting changes.· Creation and organization of internal event communications (event invitations, mailing list updates, registration updates)· Provide customer support for digital-related requests (basic troubleshooting with event attendees experiencing issues)· Track progress on project management tools with team membersSkills and Abilities Required:· 3 years in a role as a digital marketing coordinator or similar role· Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills· Experience writing communications and/or promotional materials.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react to new and urgent requests.· Ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities and timelines.· You are ambitious, strive for excellence and have a growth-mindset.Education and Experience Requirement:· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital experience, or other fields required.· Experience with digital tools (SEO, social media, project management, content management systems, etc.)· Experience with the Microsoft suite and excel.Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:· Work from home office with a globally dispersed team· Willingness to travel 20% of the timeWhy us?Working at Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home and the office at other times is the norm here. Transform the EverydayThe hourly range for this position is $31.44 to $56.58 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
