General Summary: COLSA Corporation is seeking a Junior Cyber Analyst to serve with a team of dedicated staff in support of a US army contract. The group comprises the Army Aviation and Missile Center’s (AvMC) Cyber Operations Team and is the cyber extension of the AvMC Service Center. The selected candidate will support AvMC G6 and its ISSOs and ISSMs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Provide daily reports within The Army Training & Certification Tracking System (ATCTS).

Maintain ATCTS quarterly trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date training and certification records privileged and non-privileged users.

Process move requests within ATCTS and facilitating smooth transitions for personnel.

Maintain the AvMC G6 Cyber SharePoint pages to ensure the information is organized and accessible to authorized personnel.

Administer responsibilities in the AvMC Account Management System (AMS), Departing Personnel Administration Registration Tracking (DPART), and MyACCESS applications.

Provide exceptional Customer Service to AvMC Users by:

Reviewing and analyzing tickets in the AvMC Service Center (ASC) system related to cyber operations and request for removable media waivers and allowances.

Reviewing and direct ASC tickets to the appropriate supporting teams for execution.

Working in conjunction with users within the AvMC Directorates to ensure their requests have all necessary supporting information and resolve any request shortfalls prior to assigning ticket.

Processing third-party Center Staff SIPR requests through the AESMP system.

Handling elevated privilege and Data Loss Prevention (DLPe) accounts for all AvMC directorates.

Working on Common Access Card (CAC) exempt and select software requests.

Provide auditing of all taskers and applications requested by the ISSM.

Possess the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field

One to three years of work-related experience within as a technical service desk technician/analyst.

Experience with Service Desk tracking systems such as Jira, Service Now, or Remedy.

Experience with software quality assurance tools such as Fortify or Python Bandit.

Experience with digital forensics techniques to include use of hexdump and wireshark as well as experience with Windows registry tools.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintain records and cyber trackers.

Ability to qualify for DoD secret clearance required; US citizenship required.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities while working collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

CompTIA Security+ CE.

Experience working with technical and non-technical users in an IT service organization.

Familiarity and experience with managing content on Microsoft SharePoint.

Experience with administering and maintaining the Army Training & Certification Tracking System (ATCTS), Account Management System (AMS), Departing Personnel Administration Registration Tracking (DPART), and MyACCESS applications.
