 What You’ll DoLead & InspireGuide and mentor a team of Sales Operations specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent.Set clear goals and performance metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and celebrate wins.Optimize & InnovateOwn the end-to-end lead routing process—ensuring every lead finds its way to the right rep at the right time.Audit and enhance sales processes, driving efficiency and accuracy across the board.Manage and optimize our tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach (with Kaia), LeanData, Qualified, and Spekit.Analyze & EnableDeliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.Track and forecast sales performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Lead A/B testing and adopt data-driven recommendations to boost engagement and conversions.Collaborate & DeliverPartner with cross-functional leaders to improve segmentation, territory management, and buyer journey handoffs.Be a hands-on project manager for high-priority initiatives that directly impact revenue growth.Explore and integrate emerging technologies—especially AI and automation—to keep us ahead of the curve.
