If you’re a natural communicator, driven to exceed goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to jumpstart a rewarding career in sales!This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work on-site from our Birmingham, AL office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday weekly.What You’ll Do:Engage & Connect: Make proactive calls to cold and warm leads, generating interest in our products and services.Qualify & Convert: Conduct consultative conversations to uncover business needs and qualify potential customers.Book High-Impact Demos: Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects for our Account Executives.Manage the Sales Funnel: Keep prospects engaged through nurture cadences in Outreach while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with sales leadership and team members to refine outreach strategies and achieve team goals.Crush Your Goals: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, emails, talk time, booked demos, attended demos, and assisted sales quotas.
