Recently built Mobile Home Park looking for a Resident Manager applicants must be honest and loyal must have great communication skills and have some experience in all aspects of property management, including collecting rents, writing notices, bank deposits, etc as well as some knowledge of mobile home maintenance. The park currently has a maintenance man, so the position is mainly management and administrative in essence . Compensation will vary depending on performance.
