Thank you for your consideration of our job position for a Welcome Greeter in SPOKANE VALLEY. This position is PART TIME - you set your own hours and days, and is based on a 1099 (contractor status). We are a well established, professional, honest 14-year old company with a great reputation.
The job is to do fun welcome visits in-person, to higher-end new homeowners in their homes and present everything in our welcome baskets. Everything is FREE to the new homeowner and we are NOT there to sell them anything, just to inspire the new homeowners to use the great companies we represent. Visits can be very fun and we meet many wonderful and interesting people who really appreciate what we do. Besides Greeter pay, there are other opportunities to make additional funds with your duties.
Greeter Job Description:
Each new homeowner receives a personal in-home welcome visit from a greeter during which, the greeter, will do a presentation to the homeowner of each client's services off their full-page color sheet in our own Community Book, give them a valuable Coupon, and give them promotional gifts. The goal of the Greeter is to inspire the new homeowner to use each of the Sponsor's services and get feedback. Again we do not sell nor solicite anything.
Requirements:
1. Live in SPOKANE VALLEY AREA (we do not reimburse for gas),
2. Have a current & valid driver's license, own a car that is insured and have personal insurance,
3. Look and act professionally,
4. Have a laptop or desktop computer (or access to either) for submitting electronic reports each week,
5. Greeter MUST be a totally responsible person who keeps their word, has good solid work ethics, and not afraid to work hard when needed.
The HOURS & DAYS ARE TOTALLY FLEXIBLE for the Greeter to do welcome visits (anytime between 9:00 am & 7 pm. evenings and weekends are the best times). Come find out about being part of our positive, joyous team.
