We are seeking a passionate, energetic restaurant manager with experience in both managing people and a knowledge of the food and beverage business
The Responsibilities of being Restaurant manager include increasing the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain production, productivity, quality, cleanliness throughout your shift, and customer-service standards.
As a Manager you will have to promote and manage restaurant organizations, being able to work with co-workers to create marketing and publicity events/campaign.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in the restaurant and bar business. Must also bilingual knowing both Spanish and English, to be able to communicate with co-workers and costumers.
Also looking for bartender with experience, must also be bilingual.
