Foulger-Pratt is seeking a Regional Property Manager to join our team. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for implementing strategies aligned with our Company’s goals and objectives to our diverse residential portfolio. This position will supervise on-site operations of approximately 1,500 units (which may include Class A hi-rise, garden community, ground-up lease-ups and Class B communities) in the DC area and is subject to change. Works closely with Property Managers to implement policies and procedures that enable the portfolio to exceed financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. Duties will include financial reporting and control, marketing and leasing, maintenance of physical plant, all team member selection and training, and budget preparation and review.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management at the regional level
Exceptional financial reporting skills
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Multi-tasking skills
