This mature, multi-task expert will:

1. Enter and posts daily production

2. Update and maintain customer database with accurate information and timely data entry.

3. Make outbound calls to customers to schedule applications and/or service calls.

4. Answer inbound customer service calls, responds to customer emails and surveys.

5. Resolve customer service concerns after determining root cause of the concern.

6. Other office tasks as needed.

High School Diploma or GED required along with good writing, communication and computer skills are essential along with a positive attitude and courteous telephone skills.

Reliable transportation & ability to work M-F 8AM-5PM a must.
