We run a land development firm & are seeking a construction site manager for various infrastructure installations. This is a rare opportunity that will set someone up for life. Ideally, we're hoping to find someone with experience constructing wet utilities, various dirt grading applications, & concrete/street improvements. It's a bonus if you can run equipment & have a CDL. It's getting much more difficult to find folks who take pride in their work, are honest, & work in good faith as a team. Therefore, if we find this type of person they will be paid well, and there is no cap on future salary increases. We also offer periodic bonus pay based on performance, and the longer someone is with our company the more they will be compensated. If you have experience in only one of the areas listed above, we still encourage you to apply as the others can be taught to the right person.
