Meat Cutter

We are seeking a journeyman meat cutter to cut quartered moose and caribou. You must be extremely proficient in using a band saw. The position is from mid August through the end of October. There will be overtime in September. We do supply housing but you are responsible for your own food and sundries. We will reimburse you for your airfare to Alaska if you stay the entire season and pay for your ticket home. If you arrive and you can not cut quartered animals you will be asked to leave at your own expense.
