Prospect Construction is looking for Carpenters to join our crews throughout the state of Wyoming.

Prospect Construction is a Heavy Civil Contractor that specializes in water and wastewater treatment plants, hydraulic structures/facilities, shoring systems, large concrete tanks, pump stations/process facilities, dewatering, major excavations, structural steel, process equipment, and mechanical systems.
Positions Available:
Concrete Foreman: Verifiable experience with wall forming, and flat work and leads by example. One who puts Safety First. Must have experience with forming systems, such as, Amuna Forms, Peri Systems and Symons Forms.
Concrete Carpenters: Verifiable experience, ability to read and understand plans, specs, and lift drawings.
Concrete Finishers/Carpenters: Verifiable experience in placing and finishing walls and floors.
Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
Experience with concrete forming using panel forms, radius forms, gang forms, or similar.
Experience with finishing wall tops, slabs, or similar.
Experience setting layout from survey stakes.
Experience with placing/welding water stop.
Experience erecting and dismantling scaffolding/shoring.
Erecting and dismantling of concrete forms, shoring, scaffolding, bracing, staking, placing concrete, finishing concrete, and other tasks necessary to complete the construction of concrete structures.
Job functions may require the use of power tools such as circular saws, hot saws, rotating hammer drills, concrete vibrators, grinders, table saws, oscillating saws, and more.
Properly follow all company policies and procedures in accordance with the OSHA and MSHA regulations for safe working practices and environments.
Qualifications:
Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
Ability to walk over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Ability to climb stairs or ladders.
Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking.
Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Candidates must be able to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous manual labor throughout the day.
Requirements:
Ability to transport themselves to and from the worksite each day.
Carpenters are required to provide small hand tools such as mag floats, tape measures, levels, hammers, chalk-lines, catspaws, etc.
