MOBILE HOME PARK ASST. MANAGEMENT COUPLE/TEAM FOR Aurora, COLORADO.
TEAM MUST CONSIST OF 2 PERSONS WHO WILL LIVE ON SITE IN THE
SAME MOBILE HOME. ONE PERSON MUST WORK INSIDE AS THE
ASSISTANT MANAGER AND ONE MUST WORK OUTSIDE AS THE
MANAGER.
OUTSIDE PERSON WILL BE THE (MAINTENANCE MANAGER), and will be
responsible for all park maintenance and operations including, but not limited
to, landscaping, mowing, repairing water and sewer lines, swimming pool
maintenance, mobile home repairs and supervising the outside assistant
manager.
INSIDE PERSON WILL BE THE (OFFICE ASSISTANT MANAGER), and will
be responsible for all office operations including, but not limited to, answering
phones, processing rents with a check scanner, processing new tenant
applications, responding to tenant complaints, posting late rents, data entry
using Spectra-Real Page Software, going to court for evictions, weekly
inspections of the park, issuing violation notices, preparation of weekly reports
and cleaning office, and working under the supervision of the Inside Manager.
FULL TIME MONDAY thru. FRIDAY 8 AM to 5 PM. ON CALL EVERY OTHER
WEEK , ASSISTANT MANAGER SALARY IS $2300.00 PER MONTH EACH PERSON . PLUS BENEFITS THAT
INCLUDE A 3 BED 2 BATHROOM MOBILE HOME, FREE UTILITIES, FREE
HEALTH INSURANCE & IRA RETIREMENT PLAN. APARTMENT,MOBILE
HOME PARK OR OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PERSONS MUST
HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, AUTO INSURANCE, NO DUI'S IN THE
LAST 5 YEARS, NO FELONIES AND A VALID SOCIAL SECURITY
NUMBER, OR AN I-9. MUST SUBMIT TO DRUG TESTING.
