We’re looking for a part-time Administrative Coordinator to play a crucial role in assisting owners and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

About the Role:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide essential support to leadership, helping them perform at their best. You’ll manage a variety of tasks that require attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Property Listings: Strategically manage and optimize rental property marketing, ensuring accurate, compelling listings. Conduct thorough tenant screening to maintain high standards and align with property owner expectations of well-maintained properties with great tenants.

Tenant Communication: Deliver exceptional, professional, and timely communication with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns as well as lease guideline conformity. Manage property logistics seamlessly, ensuring tenants’ needs are met and fostering positive relationships.

Scheduling & Project Management: Expertly coordinate appointments and critical scheduling needs, ensuring precision and efficiency in all logistics. Proactively manage projects from initiation to completion, delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.

Bookkeeping: Support financial operations by assisting with rent collection, detailed bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring consistency in financial reporting. QuickBooks or accounting experience is preferred to support smooth financial operations.

Administrative Support: Provide efficient, reliable administrative support, managing office tasks with precision. Demonstrate a proactive approach to organizing workflows and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

Highly organized, with an exceptional eye for detail and precision

Ambitious, dependable and eager to take on new challenges

Flexible and receptive, exhibit ability to shift tasks or methods as needs arise and/or circumstances change

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel or Google sheets (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus)

A positive, coachable attitude with a passion for helping others succeed

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals
