Job Responsibilities Include:
· Performing prompt and quality interior and exterior Property Inspections.
· Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform.
· Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.
Requirements for the position
· Must have valid ID.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must provide own tools to complete jobs.
· Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
· Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.
Job Type: Contract
Safeguard Properties negotiate rates on independent contractors based on volume and location and expedited disbursement of payment.
