As our Estimator, you will work with our clients and MEP team to make appropriate project related decisions and cost analysis on a full spectrum of high end projects. To become a contributing member of the diverse Energy 1 team, you will be expected to draw on your aptitude to learn and understand the industry and position, while utilizing your communication skills and computer/software knowledge. Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Nurture and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and field personnel
Work with various estimating and project software
Assemble accurate and well organized estimates and proposals and other project documentation
Perform plan takeoffs, both manually and digitally
Collaborate and share estimate information with project managers
To be successful in this position you must be detail oriented, proactive, and possess a strong customer service mindset.
Previous Construction, Estimating, or Design experience (1-3 years) preferred but not necessary.
