Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter – Laramie, WY

As an HR assistant, you will contribute to the company’s success by supporting strategic hiring goals to attract, develop, and retain a high-quality, diverse workforce. You will play an active role in designing and implementing the overall HR strategy, including sourcing, and attracting candidates using databases, social media, and other applicable sources. You will also be dedicated to interviewing candidates, assisting with career fairs, coordinating candidate travel schedules, managing records, and supporting office and human resources responsibilities.
This position is based out of Trihydro’s headquarters in Laramie, Wyoming.

0-3 years of experience
