The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall daily operation of dinner service at Marli’s restaurant and bar, located within The Pollard Hotel. The Restaurant Manager works closely with the management staff to ensure proper staffing, financial profitability, hiring and training of employees, and that safety and health standards are met. Responsibilities also include maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and menu design input. In the absence of other management personnel, the Restaurant Manager also serves as the Manager on Duty at the best historic hotel around!
