We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our team as a part-time cook and cleaner at our ranch. This role involves preparing daily meals (Monday through Friday) and maintaining cleanliness of the common areas of our ranch office.
Responsibilities-
Cooking (Primary duties) include:
-Prepare and serve simple, nutritious meals for ranch staff Monday through Friday.
-Plan weekly menus based on available ingredients and staff preferences.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen area.
-Ensure food safety and proper storage of ingredients.
Cleaning (Secondary duties) include:
-Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
-Wiping down counters, tables, and desks.
-Emptying trash and recycling bins.
-Cleaning restrooms and restocking supplies.
Requirements
-Prior experience in cooking for small groups preferred.
-Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
-Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks to a high standard.
-Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Schedule
-Monday – Friday: Approximately 10 a.m - 2 p.m., flexible within reason.
-Occasional additional hours during busy ranch seasons, if needed.
Compensation
-Hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
