Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of American Paintbrush Sign Shop. The ideal candidate will be a resident of Laramie, Wyoming, committed to remaining in the area long-term. While prior experience in the signage industry is beneficial, we are open to training the right individual who possesses strong managerial skills and a passion for business leadership.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee all aspects of sign shop operations, including production, design, fabrication, and installation.
● Manage a team of designers, fabricators, and third-party installers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
● Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand our client base, and increase profitability.
● Monitor and optimize processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
● Maintain strict quality standards, ensuring that all products meet or exceed client expectations and industry benchmarks.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
● Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate relevant advancements into our operations.
Requirements:
● Proven management experience, preferably in a similar industry or related field.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to effectively interact with employees, clients, and vendors.
● Understanding of design principles, fabrication techniques, and materials used in the signage industry is preferred.
● Detail-oriented with a relentless focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information:
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Expected Pay Range: $40,000 - $65,000 per year
