Manages the Career Trade Program for the Center Analyzes training procedureCounsels' groups and individuals relative to vocational objectivesDevelops Corrective Action PlanEnsures integration of vocational training with academics Conducts regular shop visitations/observationsWrites and Develops SOPs and Center Training PlanAttends Scheduled Meets with the Center Industry CouncilsActively participates as member of Youth Council Maintains required Statistical PerformanceReviews Center reports, reconciles as appropriate, and developsCorrective Action Plan Meets bi-monthly with vocational staff and ensures minutes from each meeting are accurateMeets jointly with academic and vocations to plan Applied Academics Review's attendance sheets for accuracy of documentation Notes any trends or patterns and establishes appropriate plan(s) of action/disciplineEnsures all custodians/locations complete 3 quarterly inventories per ETA 359 Property Handbook. Inventories completed as circumstances dictate, i.e.When custodian changes, etc. Ensures any theft or other losses are reported within 3 business days.Other duties as assigned
