This position is in Powell, but travel to Greybull and Lovell sites may be expected for appropriate coverage for our clinics, and in order to provide excellent care for our patients. POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as a member of operations under the Intake Supervisor. Responsible for promptly greeting visitors, patients, and families upon arrival; coordinates the intake of the insurance/financial information and the discharge of the patient from the clinic. Responsible for collecting and posting payments. High school diploma or GED

BLS Certification upon hire

Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

Graduate of a certified medical administrative assistant program

Experience:

Required

Competent computer skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

Two (2) years of community health and/or physician’s office

Experience with electronic medical records
