The Front Desk Associate also checks guests in and out of rooms, resolves guest issues, books guest activities and creates an experience of a lifetime for guests. Typically works 40 hours per week with both an AM and PM shift.The “must haves” for this position include:Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
Proficient with computer systems
