Essential Duties and Functions:
Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects
Erecting steel frames and structures according to blueprints and plans
Ensuring the structural integrity and quality of buildings
Operating heavy machinery and using tools to assemble steel components
Coordinating with the project manager and team members to meet construction deadlines
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours)
Position Requirements:
Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test
Has a passion for working in the great outdoors, especially within the diverse and stunning landscapes of Wyoming
Possesses the physical stamina and strength required for erecting steel buildings
Shows a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Enjoys collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals
Holds relevant experience in steel building construction or a similar field
Carries a valid driver's license and can travel to various job sites in Wyoming
Basic maintenance skills
Lift heavy objects, maintain, repair, and clean equipment
Understand instructions from supervisory positions, both written and verbal
