One Data Streaming Platform.Data Connects Us.About the Team:The Business Systems team’s mission is to drive a coherent, integrated backbone of supporting software systems that is architected for growth, efficiency, and scale. The team is responsible for the overall global information strategy including systems design, architecture, and roadmap. The Business Systems team is an agile organization which helps improve company efficiency and support strategic business initiatives in partnership with its respective business stakeholders.About the Role:The Salesforce Technical Architect will be part of the Business Systems team. They will work closely with Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Project/Program Managers to provide leadership and guidance on Salesforce technical solutions and the strategic roadmap of Salesforce.What You Will Do:

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Design comprehensive solutions that leverage Salesforce platform features and functionalities to address complex business challenges.

Architecture Development: Develop architectural designs and technical documentation outlining the Salesforce solution components, including data model, integrations, workflows, and customizations. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor developers on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architectural principles.

Integration Management: Partner with Integration Architects to design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability while maintaining data integrity and security.

Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce platform usage, system responsiveness, scalability, and user experience. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities within the Salesforce solution.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test strategies, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, and end-users, to gather requirements, gather feedback, advise on level of effort, and provide updates on project progress. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Facilitate solution design discussions and approvals from business stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or senior Salesforce developer role with a focus on enterprise scale solutions

Strong growth mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and processes

Experience in the CRM domain - understanding of overall SFDC architecture and working knowledge of SFDC integration approach, architecture and release management

In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce APIs, and other technologies

Experience in designing solutions for Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ

Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CRM Analytics, and other advanced Salesforce technologies a plus

Knowledge of JIRA or similar sprint planning tools

Experience working with Agile development methodologies

Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority

Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work.

Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.

Strong desire to learn and apply new technologies to business problems

Growth mindset with the ability to apply constructive feedback to improve themselves and processes around them

Ability to self-train quickly and pick up new skills as necessary

This position has an annual estimated salary of $125,500 - $147,420, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
