As an integral member of the office’s administrative support staff, the Director of First Impressions requires an outgoing personality and professional but friendly demeanor, with the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a busy atmosphere. The Director of First Impressions is the first point of contact with our office for most clients.
General Office Duties
- Answer phone- Must be able to handle multiple incoming calls at one time
- Greet clients- Must have a positive and inviting demeanor
- Maintain supply room including ordering supplies, organize and keep tidy
- Maintain Kitchen including ordering food, stocking fridge, organize and keep tidy
- Maintain conference rooms
- Distribute Mail to appropriate departments and associates
- Maintain supplies for copy machines
- Print and maintain marketing materials
- Order office supplies
- Accept receipt and account for deposits
- Complete digital filing - Scan, file, and organize documents
- Calendar management: scheduling meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Update contacts in outlook
- Additional projects and responsibilities added as needed
Qualifications
- Team-oriented
- Excellent computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
