What You'll Do:

Engage with Customers – Visit residential neighborhoods and build relationships with new clients face-to-face to foster loyalty, generate referrals, and create lasting connections by offering solutions that truly benefit them.

Drive Sales Success – Represent Bluepeak with pride, providing knowledgeable, friendly service and making a real impact in people’s lives.

Meet and Exceed Sales Goals – Crush your targets and be rewarded for your success! Whether it’s weekly, monthly, or annual goals, you’ll have the support to achieve and go beyond expectations.

Ensure Seamless Installations – After the sale, you'll help get your customers up and running. Scheduling installations and making sure everything runs smoothly is just as important as the sale itself.

Manage Your Territory – You know the area better than anyone. Take ownership of your designated area, tracking leads and strategically growing your customer base.

Work with a Supportive Team – Be guided and supported by a dedicated leadership team that’s invested in your success. Collaborate with experienced Door-to-Door Salespersons, sharing strategies and experiences to achieve success together.

Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential. (You’ll be on the road, helping customers right in their neighborhoods!)
