Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in West Bend, Wisconsin, 53095, United States. This role is integral to our financial operations, where you will be tasked with maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations. Responsibilities: Assure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable Handle the reconciliation of accounts to ensure financial accuracy Execute bank transactions in line with company procedures Conduct cash flow analysis to support financial decision-making Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks Regularly update and maintain customer credit records Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of precision Use Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and month-end close operations. Requirements Possess proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required Must have a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) Demonstrated experience in Bank Reconciliations is desirable Solid knowledge of Bookkeeping principles is a must Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential Familiarity with Month End Close procedures is needed Experience working with QuickBooks software is a requirement Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
